The Cocconato Riviera del Monferrato Consortium was formed through the union of a group of local producers, with the aim of enhancing and promoting their territory and its products across various sectors, both food & wine and beyond, all typical of Cocconato.

Our
aim

 

Our aim is to enhance and bring together the various entities that define Cocconato in terms of hospitality, accommodation, and food & wine specialties through: wine producers, beekeepers, restaurants, accommodation facilities, cheese makers and affinators, cured meat producers, sauces and meat processors, and hazelnut growers.

All of this is achieved through

 

  • Online communication and promotion of our Members, their facilities, and their products.
  • The online sale of a selection of products from the Consortium’s Members.
  • Joint participation in local, national, and international events for the promotion and sale of our Members’ specialties.
  • The organization of food and wine events in Cocconato dedicated to enhancing its gastronomic heritage.
  • The presentation of projects for local, national, and international funding opportunities.
  • Online and offline communication of Cocconato’s historic microclimatic uniqueness.
