2. Types of data processed, legal basis and purposes of processing, data retention period
2.1 Browsing data
It is possible to access the site without being asked to provide any personal data. However, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (IP address, browser type and parameters of the device used to connect to the site, name of the internet service provider, date and time of visit, visitor’s originating and exit web page, etc.).

You will not be asked for health data and, in general, special categories of personal data referred to in Article 9 of the GDPR. The data provided will be processed and stored for the time strictly necessary to respond to your questions and provide the requested information or to manage specific requests or any complaints submitted to Customer Service.
In the event of telephone contact, recordings of your telephone conversations with our Customer Service will be kept for a period not exceeding 30 days.

2.3 Data collected through subscription to our Newsletter
If, by connecting to this site, you decide to subscribe to our Newsletter, CONSORZIO COCCONATO will process your data (e-mail address) for the following purposes:
- only with your specific and separate consent (Article 7 GDPR), to send you information and advertising material, promotions and exclusive discounts relating to products or services offered by the Data Controller via e-mail (marketing purposes);
- only with your specific and separate consent (Article 7 GDPR), to process your commercial profile by detecting and processing your choices and your browsing on the site and send you information and advertising material, promotions and exclusive and personalized discounts relating to products or services offered by the Data Controller that are of specific interest to you via e-mail (profiling purposes).
The data provided for subscription to our Newsletter will be kept until you communicate your cancellation of the service, which can be done freely at any time through the link at the bottom of each message sent.

2.4 Data collected through registration in the reserved area
If, by connecting to this site, you decide to register and create your personal account, CONSORZIO COCCONATO will process your personal data (order history, transaction numbers, location information at the time of connection and order confirmation, credit card numbers collected and processed through our payment processing providers) to allow you to register in the reserved area, to allow you to access services reserved for registered users and – if you decide to use our e-commerce service – to allow the Data Controller to correctly execute operations related to online purchases and fulfill correctly and promptly the obligations arising from the contractual relationship established with the user, as well as for the related administrative and legal obligations.
You will not be asked for health data and, in general, special categories of personal data referred to in Article 9 of the GDPR. The registration data necessary for the activation and use of the reserved area and to allow you to use our e-commerce service will be stored in our active database indefinitely. A few weeks before your account expires, we may contact you to find out if you wish to keep it active. Otherwise, or in the absence of your response, we will close your account and delete your data from our active database. At this point, you will no longer be able to access your account with your old credentials and you will need to create a new one. The deletion of your data from our active database will be followed by a temporary archiving period of some of your personal data in order to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations, as well as to be able to handle your potential complaints, within the limits and warranty requests of the applicable limitation periods. If your data needs to be archived subsequently, it will be irreversibly anonymized.
Location data will be kept for a period not exceeding 90 days.

In accordance with point 6) of this information notice, you have the possibility at any time to request the deletion of all or part of your data, to object to their processing or to request the limitation of processing. The request for deletion of your account and/or your personal data will result in the deletion of your data from our active database and the storage in a temporary archive of some of your personal data, as indicated above.
If, by registering in the reserved area, you also decide to subscribe to our Newsletter, CONSORZIO COCCONATO will process your data (name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address of residence/domicile) for the following purposes:
- only with your specific and separate consent (Article 7 GDPR), to send you information and advertising material, promotions and exclusive discounts relating to products or services offered by the Data Controller via e-mail/postal mail/telephone (e.g., SMS) (marketing purposes);

The data collected in the ways indicated in point 2) will be processed with the support of paper, computer and telematic means with organizational and processing logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the organizational, physical and logical measures provided for by the current regulations.
Personal data will be processed internally by authorized subjects, under the authority of the Data Controller and instructed on the regulatory principles and logical and technological security procedures (Article 32, paragraph 4 GDPR).
4. Scope of data communication and dissemination
Your data may be communicated to various recipients outside the CONSORZIO COCCONATO group. These recipients are selected by us based on their competence in terms of data security and confidentiality. We enter into contracts with all these recipients to ensure that they provide a high level of security for the protection of your data.
5. Transfer of data outside the European Union
Some personal data concerning you may be transmitted to recipients located in countries outside the European Union that have a different level of protection than the latter. In this case, we contractually require these recipients to implement the necessary measures to maintain an adequate level of privacy and security as required by European legislation on personal data. 7. Cookies
The cookies set on the Site are of different types and serve different purposes.
