We are passionately dedicated to the production of organic honey and pollen, respecting the natural rhythms of the bees and the environment that surrounds them.
The bees
gather nectar
during the first part of the season in the area around Cocconato d’Asti, producing cherry blossom and acacia honey in favorable years.
Starting in June, the hives are moved as part of our nomadic beekeeping activity to the Alpine mountain range.
At elevations around 800 meters, the bees collect nectar from linden and chestnut trees in the Lanzo Valleys and Val Chiusella, while at mountain pastures at 2,000 meters above sea level, they encounter rhododendron and alpine flower nectars.
Our
honey,
cold-extracted through centrifugation, is the result of natural methods that preserve its nutritional properties intact.
In addition
to honey,
we also produce a fine mountain chestnut pollen and a spreadable cream called nocciomiele, made with just two ingredients: acacia honey and Piedmont hazelnuts—combining flavor and wholesomeness.
Our
company
is committed not only to producing food of excellence but also to contributing to the protection of the environment and biodiversity—values that we proudly share within the consortium.
